It is possible to enable file uploads against an employeeโs absence record. This allows users to attach supporting documents directly to the absence entry.
To do so, follow the steps below.
In the Admin Tool, click Menus.
Double-click on the menu set required to enable file upload, e.g, HR (v2.0).
Click Absence, then double-click Absence History.
Click Absence Details (Form), then click User Interface.
Click Show Document Links and Allow file upload.
Click Apply and OK to both windows.
๐ Note: To avoid these changes being overwritten after a patch fix, it is best practice to follow these steps on a copy of the form.
