The employee directory is the place where you can find information on your colleagues quickly. You can see:
Employee names.
Which department they work in
Location
If they are working today
How many hours they work that day
It helps you find the right person when you need to call, email, or visit someone.
Via the HR menu
To view the employee directory when logged into a HR menu-set, follow the steps below.
Click Admin, then click Admin.
Click Employee Directory.
Via a self service menu
Any employee can view the employee directory via their own self service menu-set, by following the steps below.
Click Organistation, then click Employee Directory.
