View the employee directory

View the employee directory in a HR menu-set or via self service.

The employee directory is the place where you can find information on your colleagues quickly. You can see:

  • Employee names.

  • Which department they work in

  • Location

  • If they are working today

  • How many hours they work that day

It helps you find the right person when you need to call, email, or visit someone.

Via the HR menu

To view the employee directory when logged into an HR menu-set, follow the steps below.

  1. Click Admin, then click Admin.

  2. Click Employee Directory.


Via a self service menu

For an employee to view the employee directory via their own self service menu-set they can click Organisation, then Employee Directory.
