Clear communication is essential, especially during high‑impact incidents or unexpected downtime. To keep our customers informed, we publish live service information on StatusHub, where you can track the real‑time status of your Access products.

From StatusHub, you can:

  • Register for product alerts, including new events, updates, and high‑priority incidents.

  • Receive notifications about planned maintenance.

  • View current and historical events in one place.

  • Stay informed as we share root‑cause details and prevention measures.

View your StatusHub dashboard

To access and navigate the dashboard, follow the steps below.

  1. Go to your StatusHub >

  2. In the top right, to select your time zone, use the time zone list.

  3. To see products that have had recent issues, select Show Affected Only.

Statuses explained

On your dashboard, you’ll see one of the following statuses for each day:

Service is operating normally.

Performance issues.

Service disruption.

For days with incidents, you may also see the following:

  • One incident.

  • Multiple incidents.

Use the Calendar view

By default, the dashboard shows a list of affected products. To see this information in a calendar view, under Service Details, click Calendar.

View planned maintenance

The dashboard includes a monthly Maintenance view, and you can move between months using the navigation arrows. If there’s planned maintenance for a specific date, a blue dot appears on that day.

To see more details, select the date, then click the link at the top. From here, you can see full information about the timing, affected sites, and what work is involved.

SelectHR isn't showing as down, but isn't loading

If StatusHub shows no issues but SelectHR still isn’t loading, there may be a local environment issue. We recommend you try logging in using a different browser.

If you see one of the following error messages, it may indicate an incorrect URL or a browser setting preventing the page from loading:

  • 400 Bad Request

  • 404 Not Found

📌Note: If SelectHR loads but is slow, this won't appear on StatusHub.

If SelectHR is unavailable

In the rare event that SelectHR becomes temporarily unavailable, you may not be able to access the in‑product Access Digital Assistant. During these instances, there’s no need to take any action; our teams will already be aware of the issue and actively working to restore full service as quickly as possible.

You can continue to monitor progress and updates on StatusHub, where we’ll share information as soon as it becomes available.
