There may be times when the support team will advise you to clear the cache on your browser to resolve an issue.
Follow the steps below for Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge.
Google Chrome
On your computer, open Google Chrome.
At the top right, click the three dots, then click Delete browsing data.
Select All time.
Select the types of information you want to remove.
Click Delete data.
Microsoft Edge
On your computer, open Microsoft Edge.
At the top right, click the three dots, then click Delete browsing data.
Set the time range to All Time.
Ensure Cached images and files is selected.
Click Clear now.
