You can add quicklinks to fields to help users quickly move between related records. This reduces navigation time and supports a more efficient workflow.

The following example shows how to add a quicklink to the Post Name field on the Position Details form.

  1. In the Admin Tool, click Menus.

  2. Double-click the menu you want to update.

  3. Click Employees, then click Career History.

  4. Double-click Position Details.

  5. Click the padlock icon to unlock the form.

  6. Select Post Name.

  7. In the Quicklinks section, click Add Link.

  8. Select the menu item you want the quicklink to open.

  9. Click Finish.

  10. Click OK, then click OK again to save your changes.

Once complete, the field name will show in red on the website, which indicates that you can click it.
