Reset a CLOUD account password

Reset the password for your CLOUD user account to allow access to the cloud gateway.

This guide explains how to reset your cloud account password, update a linked email address if an employee has left, and ensure continued access to your account. It also covers important security procedures and what to do if you require a new cloud account.

Reset cloud account password

You may have received an email advising you that Your Access Group CLOUD Domain Password will expire in # days. If so, attempt to reset the password yourself.

Attempt to reset this yourself by following these steps.

  1. Navigate to your gateway URL eg.

  2. Click the Reset My Password button.

  3. Enter the cloud account, then click continue. You will be presented with the email addresses registered for password resets on the account.

πŸ“Œ Note: If an employee is due to leave your company and the email address needs to be changed, you can do this by editing the settings yourself.

If the linked email address belongs to a former employee, support can request its replacement with a different email address. To comply with security policies, the following details must be provided before the email address can be updated:

  • Cloud account name.

  • Email address to be linked to the cloud account.

  • Evidence that your HR Director has approved this change.

Raise a new case online and reference the title of this article, and attach an email from your HR manager.
