Check if pop-ups are enabled in the web browser
Pop-ups must be enabled for payslips to load correctly.
Confirm if pop-ups are enabled on your browser. You may need to speak to your IT team for assistance with this.
Once pop-ups have been enabled, log out of SelectHR and log back in again. If the issue persists, follow the steps below.
Check the event log for errors
Errors in the event log can indicate issues preventing payslips from displaying.
Check the event log for errors and search the knowledge base for guides related to any errors that match the timestamp of the event.
