Users unable to open payslips

Payslips are visible in the list but do not open.

If a user cannot open any payslips in the payslip listing, follow these steps to troubleshoot the issue.

Check if pop-ups are enabled in the web browser

Pop-ups must be enabled for payslips to load correctly.

Confirm if pop-ups are enabled on your browser. You may need to speak to your IT team for assistance with this.

Once pop-ups have been enabled, log out of SelectHR and log back in again. If the issue persists, follow the steps below.


Check the event log for errors

Errors in the event log can indicate issues preventing payslips from displaying.

Check the event log for errors and search the help centre for guides related to any errors that match the timestamp of the event.


Sorry, you have been blocked error

This error is not generated by SelectHR. The webpage is a Cloudflare block page, which indicates that the request has been stopped by an external web security layer before it reached the application.

This security layer is designed to protect the platform from potentially malicious or abnormal traffic. When a request is identified as suspicious, it is blocked automatically, and a generic “Sorry, you have been blocked” message is displayed.

Please raise this with support for us to investigate the block.
