Manually change an employee's holiday carryover

Override carryover values for one employee.

There may be times when you need to override the holiday carryover for one specific employee.

To do this, follow the steps below.

  1. Click Absence, then click Absence.

  2. Click Holiday History, then click the relevant employee.

  3. Click the holiday year from which the holiday entitlement was carried over.

  4. Under Carryover, select Don't Recalculate, then enter the relevant days or hours.

  5. In the Holiday Carry Over Use By field, enter a date in the following holiday year.

  6. Click Save.
