To overcome payslips being saved as ASPX files instead of PDF in Google Chrome, follow these steps.

  1. In Google Chrome, in the top right, click the 3 vertical dots icon and select Settings.

  2. In the Search Bar, type Site Settings. The Privacy and security list appears.

  3. Click Site Settings.

  4. Scroll down and click PDF Documents.

  5. Turn off the Download PDF files instead of automatically opening them in Chrome option. The change is automatically saved.
