Employee access to payslips after leaving

A leaver needs to access their payslips.

The Payslips & P60s process is capable of allowing leaver employees to download their payslip and/or P60 documents, even if they have a leaver status.

The only limitations to this process functionality is as follows:

  1. If the leavers user account is disabled or deleted, the leaver cannot log in and so cannot access the process to complete the download.

  2. For employees with multiple appointments (e.g. re-joiners), the Payslips & P60's process removes previous leaver appointments, so only the current period's P60s are shown.

    1. This only applies when there is more than one appointment. A leaver with a single appointment will still see all their P60s.

For customers using Access Evo, if the Evo Member account for the leaver has been deactivated, you will need to reactivate the Evo Member manually for them to allow them to log in.

You may also need to re-enable their user account in SelectHR, if it has been disabled.

Once the user has retrieved their documents, we recommend ensuring these accounts are deactivated to prevent further login.
