If an employee sees an amber/orange/yellow dot when trying to upload a file and you are hosted, raise a new case online and reference the title of this article, confirming the name of the user affected.
If you are not hosted, pass the following steps to your IT team.
Navigate to the following file directory on the web server -C:\inetpub\wwwroot\accessselecthr\App_Data.
In this folder, right-click the RadUploadTemp folder, then select Properties.
On the security tab, there is a groups or usernames section, click Edit.
Select the IIS_IUSRS user group.
In the lower Permissions for IIS_IUSRS section, in the Allow column, select Full Control.
Click OK.
