The bulk absence entry workflow allows a HR user to add a specific absence type and date to multiple employees at the same time.

However, not all absence types are automatically included for selection in this workflow. The available absence types are specified within the absence types lookup.

If you can't see an absence for selection, or you can see an absence type that you don't want to be possible to select in this workflow, you can add or remove them by using the absence types lookup.
To add or remove an absence type from the bulk entry workflow, follow the steps below.
In the Absence zone, click Lookups.
Click Absence, then click Absence Types.
Open the absence type record you wish to add or remove from the bulk absence entry workflow.
You will see a checkbox field called Bulk.
To add the absence type for selecting in the bulk absence entry workflow, ensure the checkbox is ticked.
Click Save.
