Bulk download an employee's documents

Bulk download all documents attached to an employee.

To efficiently manage an employee’s documents in SelectHR, you can bulk download all files associated with their record.

To bulk download all documents for an employee, follow these steps:

  1. Click Admin, then click Reports.

  2. Select GDPR, then click Person Documents.

After opening the relevant employee record, you can:

  • View the documents held against this employee.

  • Download all selected documents to a ZIP folder.

  • Delete one or more documents from the employee record.

  • Person GDPR Metadata Report: View the GDPR metadata report related to this employee’s documents.
