The functionality is designed to help customers comply with GDPR regulations.

It provides tools and features to support compliance, while customers remain responsible for maintaining and managing their own data integrity.

Requests for changes can be submitted via a WISH and will be considered for future releases.

Please note that SelectHR’s functionality does not guarantee compliance but provides tools to assist you in achieving it.

GDPR Reporting

GDPR reports can be found in the following locations.

  • Admin > Reports > GDPR > Person Data

  • Admin > Reports > GDPR > Person Documents

  • Admin > Reports > GDPR > Person Data Types Held

These reports are informational and help identify sensitive data held within the system and its location from a table perspective.


Remove employee data

To remove records, use the delete employee workflow. This is the recommended process to delete records in line with GDPR and your internal data handling policies.
