As a gender was not specified in SelectHR, and SelectPay requires a gender for employee records, this is automatically set to male as default in SelectPay.

The gender field must be filled in SelectHR so it sends over to SelectPay correctly.

Gender can be entered by following these steps.

  1. In the Employee zone, click Employees, then Details.

  2. Select the relevant employee.

  3. Update the value in the Gender field.
