Employee address has not been sent to SelectPay

Employee's address has not been sent to SelectPay pending changes.

To send an address from SelectHR to SelectPay, you need to ensure that the description of the address is set to Home.

To check the address type on an address record, follow these steps.

  1. In the Employees zone, click Employees.

  2. Click Details, then select the employee.

  3. Click the Addresses tab, then drill into the record.

  4. Ensure that the description is set to Home.
