Employee address has not been sent to SelectPay

Employee's address has not been sent as a pending change in Payroll.

For an address to integrate successfully from SelectHR to SelectPay, the address must have its Description set to Home.

To check the address type on an address record, follow these steps.

  1. Click Employees, then click Employees.

  2. Click Details, then select the employee.

  3. Click the Addresses tab, then drill into the address record.

  4. Ensure that the description is set to Home.

  5. Check that the Effective Date of the address is in the past.

📌 Note: Addresses with effective dates in the future won't be sent to SelectPay until that date.
