Admin Tool icons missing from the cloud gateway

No icons for the Admin Tool are seen on the cloud gateway website.

This should first be checked with your IT Team and any other colleagues who have access to the same gateway. If they have access and can see the icons, then this is an environmental issue with your owr PC and should be investigated by your IT Team.

If yourself and your colleagues are unable to see the icons, please raise a new case online and reference the title of this article. Please include the following information points.

  • Which CLOUD user is affected by this issue? (e.g. CLOUD/HR1234).

  • How many people access this CLOUD user account, and does this issue impact everyone the same way?

  • Has the CLOUD user worked previously?

  • If so, has anything changed recently in the way you work? (e.g. have you been set up with a new VPN?)

  • If you do have a new VPN, please ask your IT Team to confirm if the VPN IP Address is static or dynamic.
