To ensure you’re accessing the Admin Tool correctly, follow the steps below.

  1. Log in to your gateway website e.g., https://gateway.accessacloud.com, with your cloud gateway login credentials e.g, CLOUD/HR1234.

    πŸ“Œ Note: If you have a custom link, it will be in this format: https://customername.accessacloud.com/RDWeb

  2. Click the icon for your SelectHR Admin Tool.

  3. Enter your cloud login details again. You may need to click More choices.

  4. The Admin Tool will now appear. Enter your existing SelectHR login details to log in.

If you have logged into the Admin Tool and you do not see any menu items, then you will need to grant permissions to the sections the user should have access to.
