Below are the steps for logging into your Admin Tool when hosted by Access.

  1. Log in to your gateway website e.g. https://gateway.accessacloud.com, with your Cloud gateway login credentials e.g CLOUD/HR1234.

    📌 Note: If you have a custom link it will be in this format: https://customername.accessacloud.com/RDWeb

  2. Click the link for your SelectHR Admin Tool. Once downloaded, click the RDP to run the Admin Tool.
    An RDP file will be downloaded

  3. Enter the same Cloud gateway login credentials you used in Step 1. You may need to click More choices.

  4. The Admin Tool will now appear, enter your existing SelectHR login details to log in (not your Evo login details).

If you have logged into the admin tool and you do not see any menu items, then you will need to grant permissions to the sections the user should have access to.
