Update an employee's work email address.

To update an employee's work email address, follow the steps below.

  1. Click Employees, then click Employees.

  2. Click Details, then search for the relevant employee record.

  3. Next to the employee's name, click the black arrow.

  4. Enter the new email address and click Save.

๐Ÿ“Œ Note: If your system is integrated with Access Evo, make sure to also update the employeeโ€™s email address within Access Evo. This prevents a new account from being created for the employee when their email changes.
