We recommend having the run time no less than hourly, so that the system has enough time to process all the changes that have been made and not overlap with any other batch jobs that may run at the same time.
If this happens, the system might show slowness symptoms. However, this is up to you, and you can set this to run every 1 minute, if needed.
Amending how often this batch job will trigger
In the Admin Tool, click Batch Jobs.
Find the batch job in the list, then double-click it.
In the workflow name section of the job properties, double-click the Workflow Name.
In the workflow configuration window, go to the Process Every field and change it to 1 hour.
Click Test to see the next time the batch job will run.
Click OK to save the change.
Click OK again.
Amend the date and time the batch job will trigger
In the Admin Tool, click Batch Jobs.
Find the batch job in the list, then double-click it.
In the Workflow Name section of the job properties, double click the Workflow Name.
In the workflow onfiguration window, go to the Next Process Date field and change this to the required date/time, in the format XX/XXX/XXXX XX:XX:XX (eg. 12/Aug/2020 10:00:00).
Click OK to save the change.
Click OK again.
