Add new or existing apps to your personal Space.

Thinking about using HR apps in Access Evo to boost your efficiency and keep on top of the information that matters most to you? We've got you covered! Now you can add a diverse selection of HR apps to your personal Space.

Available applications

We have a range of Access Evo apps that you can add to your workspace based on permissions and preferences. Some of these are Access Evo apps and some of the apps are directly linked to the Access products and display useful information.

Below you have a list with the HR apps we think you might like to have in your workspace:

App Name

What does it do?

Countdown App

This allows you to select a Holiday Date that you have booked, and the App will display a countdown to that date. You can change the name and background of the App to make it relevant to your Holiday.

My Holiday

Displays your current Holiday Statistics (booked or taken or remaining) and allows you to book.

HR Task List

The HR Task List app connects to your SelectHR user account and pulls back a list of all outstanding tasks that require you to perform an action. This allows you to see your outstanding tasks at a glance without actually needing to go into them in SelectHR to see them.

My Holiday

My Holiday app allows you to see at a glance how much holiday you have remaining, and how many days are left until your next holiday.

Holiday Allowance

The Holiday Allowance app allows you to see:

  • Your total Annual Leave Entitlement.

  • Your Remaining Annual Leave Entitlement.

  • Your Approved Annual Leave values.

  • Your Unapproved Annual Leave values.

Note: You cannot book time off via this app for SelectHR.

Team Calendar

The Team Calendar app shows your colleagues' calendars, including their working days and absent days so that you can better track who is in the business on certain days.

You can also filter the Team Calendar to only show your team who are absent.

My Colleagues

The My Colleagues app allows you to search for a colleague with your Access Evo Organisation. You can search by different aspects of data, such as Name or Location.


Add an app to your Space

Have you decided which ones you'd like to use? If so, follow the below steps:

  1. Within Evo, click on the + Add App option in the top right-hand corner.

  2. In the Search box, type the name of the app you want to use.

  3. Once happy with the results, click Add to Space.
