To change the outcome of a probation review using a HR menu set, follow these steps.
Under Employees, click Employees.
Click Career History, then open the employee record using the black arrow icon.
Click Probation Periods.
Open the probation record using the black arrow icon.
Click on the Review Meetings tab.
Click on the small black arrow to the left of the review meeting record you are changing the status of.
You will see the Outcome field at the bottom - select the value you wish to assign to the Review.
Click Save.
The probation review meeting will now be updated.

It's worth noting that the greyed-out probation review outcome field you see in the probation period record is based on the outcome of the most recent record the employee has across all appointments.

We advise that if your employee has multiple appointments, you action the outcome appropriately for each probation review on each appointment until the outcome is as you require it to be.
