Legislative Updates – P11D / P46

Exciting News – Introducing the Access Evo App πŸš€

We are transitioning from the Workspace App to the new Access Evo App for SelectHR Mobile users.

Benefits

  • Enhanced Security – Integrated with Access Identity single sign-on (SSO).

  • Seamless Transition – All existing mobile functionality will be available in Evo.

  • Future-Ready – Improved mobile experience, built for security and scalability.


Getting Ready for Access Evo

If you already use Access Identity SSO for Web

  • Raise a support case to be enabled for Access Evo Mobile.

  • We will configure an additional Client in Access Identity for your mobile application.

If you do not use Access Identity SSO yet

  • Raise a support case so we can set up OIDC authentication via Access Identity.

  • Decide whether to make SSO the default login option:

    • βœ… If set as default β†’ Manual Web login is replaced with Access Identity login.

    • ❌ If not default β†’ Users can still log in manually on Web if required.


What do Mobile Users Need to Do?

  1. Download the new Access Evo App (available in app stores).

  2. Login on first access using Access Identity single sign-on.

  3. Navigate to the Other section.

  4. Select the SelectHR option.

  5. The app will then authenticate with your SelectHR mobile URL and show the familiar mobile menus.


How Will Web Login Change?

  • A new Access Identity login option will appear at the bottom of the login screen.

  • Users can still choose to log in manually if preferred.


What Else is Coming?

  • A brand-new native mobile app will be introduced as part of the SelectHR Evo release.

Employees will gain:

  • Instant self-service HR capabilities

  • Anytime, anywhere access from any device

  • A modern, user-friendly interface

  • Available to all employees once upgraded to SelectHR Evo.
