To cancel an already accepted absence as a self-service user, follow the steps below.
Click Absence, then click My Booked Absence.
Click on the absence record, then click Request Cancellation.
This absence cancellation will then be sent to the employee's manager.
π Note: Absences that are in the past and have already been taken cannot be cancelled by a self-service user. These absences would need to be deleted by a HR administrator.
