Error when running report: Service unavailable

Error message when running a crystal report via the website.

This issue can occur when a report contains elements that are not optimised for use on the website. It is most commonly seen on custom crystal reports.

To confirm this, try to run the report directly via the Admin Tool.

If this happens, the report may need to be reviewed and optimised. You can raise this with our Consultancy Team, who can assess the report and make the necessary changes to ensure it runs correctly on the website. Please reach out to your account manager for more details.


If you experience this error on a standard SelectHR report, please log this with Support so it can be investigated.
