People Analytics Manager Dashboard

We've introduced a new Manager Dashboard within People Analytics, empowering managers with direct access to key workforce insights for their teams.

What's changed?

Manager Dashboard Access: Managers now have access to a dedicated dashboard showing aggregated insights about their direct and indirect reports. The dashboard is automatically filtered based on reporting lines configured in PeopleXD, ensuring managers only see data for their team members.

HR Insights Tab: Provides visibility into essential people metrics including:

Current headcount
Turnover rates and trends
Workforce composition analysis
Span of control metrics

Payroll Insights Tab: Delivers compensation and cost visibility including:

Actual and budgeted total rewards
Rewards breakdown by job title
Actual to budgeted benefits differential by location and job
Year-over-year compensation comparisons
Trends in base pay changes

Filter Options: Managers with indirect reports can apply filters to view only their direct reports, or see the full team hierarchy as needed.

Mobile App Enhancements

Variable Hours Absence Submission

We've enhanced the mobile absence request functionality to support variable hours employees who need to specify hours for each day of their absence.

What was the challenge?

Variable hours employees have contracts that don't follow standard fixed hours patterns. Previously, these employees could not submit absence requests through the mobile app that accurately reflected their working patterns, as the system couldn't accommodate daily hour variations.

What's changed?

Daily Hour Allocation: Variable hours employees can now specify the exact hours they'll be absent for each day of their absence request directly in the mobile app.

Quarter-Hour Increments: Hour entry supports quarter-hour increments (0.25, 0.5, 0.75) for precise absence recording.

Enhanced Absence Form: The mobile absence request form now detects variable hours contracts and displays additional fields for daily hour entry.

Contact Management
