Unable to reset password to access the test system.

It is common for your test system password to match your live system password, however the standard password reset process will not work for the test environment. This is because the reset function relies on sending an email, and test systems are typically not configured to send live emails, meaning the reset link will not be delivered.

As a result, you won’t be able to use the usual forgot password option to regain access.

Instead, password resets for test systems need to be handled manually. You should ask a colleague who has Admin Tool access to reset it on your behalf.


If you do not have a colleague who can do this for you, please reach out to support, who can reset the password with HR Director approval.
