View all open ended absences

View all employee's who are currently have an absence without an end date.

You can view all open ended absences via a single listing, helping you quickly identify employees on long-term sickness or ongoing leave and take appropriate action.

View all open ended absences

To view open ended absences, follow these steps:

  1. Click Absence, then click Absence

  2. Click Open Ended Absences.

You will see a list of employees, including their post, absence start date, and absence type.

When an employee returns from their absence, you can drill into the absence record from this listing to then add an end date.

When an employee returns from absence, you can open the record directly from this listing to add an end date.
