Unable to create custom SelectHR views for AOI.

If you are unable to create custom views in AOI for SelectHR, the issue is commonly caused by expired or outdated credentials on one or more AOI data connections.

Update credentials on data connections

Follow these steps to refresh the credentials on the affected data connections to resolve this issue.

  1. Launch AOI Administrator.

  2. Select Data Connections.

  3. Click the data connection you wish to update.

  4. Enter the updated Username and Password.

  5. Click Update.

  6. Repeat steps 3–5 for any additional data connections that require updating.

If the issue persists after updating all relevant data connection credentials, verify that:

  • The username and password entered are correct.

  • The account is not locked or expired.

  • The user has the required permissions to access the SelectHR database.

  • All data connections used by AOI have been updated.

If the problem continues, contact the Support Team for further investigation.
