AD synchronisation copies data from SelectHR's Snapshot view into Active Directory to allow easy management of AD and can allow SelectHR to be the main driver of employee information into your database ecosystem.
It has the option of creating new AD accounts when a new employee is created.
SelectHR cannot receive data from AD.
