Pending absence is showing in a calendar

An outstanding request is showing in an employee's calendar.

If a pending absence is showing in a calendar, it indicates there is a running workflow that has yet to be actioned.

The most common cause of this will be that the employee has not fully completed their request. Ask them to review their task list in the self service menu set.


If they have completed it, you will be able to check who it is waiting on via the workflow log.
