Change an employee's NI Number

Steps to change an employee's NI Number.

Each employee record includes a field for their NI Number, which can be updated if required. If your system is integrated with SelectPay, any changes made here will be sent through to the pending changes section of SelectPay.

To update an employee’s NI Number, follow the steps below.

  1. Click Employees, then click Employees.

  2. Click Details, then select the employee's record.

  3. Change the value in the NI Number field, then click Save.
