Incorrect carryover when changing from hours to days

Employee has incorrect carry over from a previous year when their holiday has been converted from hours to days.

When an employee moves from a holiday rule based on hours to a holiday rule based on days at the start of a new holiday year, any remaining holiday balance from the previous year may not convert correctly.

In this scenario, an employee had an outstanding balance recorded in hours at the end of the holiday year. When the new holiday year began using a days‑based rule, the carried-over value did not reflect a straightforward conversion based on the employee’s contractual daily working hours.

This is a known development issue that will not be fixed. The recommended and supported workaround is to manually adjust the employee’s carryover balance from the previous holiday year.
