Our development team is aware of this issue and is currently working on a fix.
For SelectHR Evo systems, clearing your browser cache for All Time may resolve this issue.
For version 4.0 systems, until this is fully resolved, use the following workaround to successfully complete the process.
After you have run the merge, tick the box on the left-hand side of the generated merge.
Click Download (Single document) or Download (Single PDF) instead of using the document icon option.
📌 Note: This workaround is not available in all areas of the system, and for listings without the download option, there are no workarounds currently available.
