To help us investigate and resolve the speed issue, please raise a case with support and provide as much detail as possible about where the issue is occurring.

Include the following information to assist our troubleshooting:

  • Affected users.

  • Menu set.

  • Specific section of the menu.

  • Menu items.

  • Detailed replication steps explaining exactly how the issue occurs.

  • Times of day when the issue occurs.

  • Frequency of the issue.

  • Area of the system affected (e.g., Absence, Employee).
