When entering or requesting an absence, you may encounter a blank overlap screen. This issue occurs if a training record overlaps with the absence date being entered or requested.
While this is a known issue, development has decided not to implement a fix at this time.

Follow the steps below to proceed with your absence entry or request despite the overlap.
Navigate to Training & Development, then click Training.
Click Training History, then select the impacted employee's record.
Check if any of the training records overlap with the absence date being entered or requested.
If an overlap exists, this will trigger a blank overlap screen, as the training record is causing the conflict.
You can still continue with the absence entry or request workflow despite the overlap. Click the Continue button on the overlap screen during the workflow, if required.
