Fire Officers are assigned employees responsible for supporting fire safety procedures within the organisation. Being able to quickly view who is currently designated as a Fire Officer, along with their availability, helps ensure appropriate coverage is maintained at all times.
The Employee Directory provides a dedicated view to identify these employees and confirm whether they are currently working or absent.
View a list of Fire Officers
To view the list, follow these steps.
Click Admin, then select Admin.
Click Employee Directory.
Select the Fire Officers tab.
A list of employees marked as Fire Officers is displayed, with each record showing key employee details along with their current status, such as whether they are working or absent.
